The Shahbanou Farah Pahlavi Foundation seeks to identify and support exceptional women whose leadership reflects a commitment to human dignity, cultural understanding, and meaningful social impact. Rooted in the principles of empathy, dialogue and positive action, The Fellowship brings together a global community of leaders who are shaping a more inclusive and compassionate future.

We plan to annually look across disciplines and geographies for women of vision and standing; leaders who not only demonstrate a proven track record of impact, but who also embody the values of responsibility, integrity, and cross-cultural engagement. These are individuals who lead with purpose, elevate others, and contribute to advancing the common good through their work.

The ideal candidate is a founder, leader or changemaker actively engaged in fields such as arts and culture, education, public health, media, civil society, climate, or social sciences; someone whose work reflects both excellence and a deep sense of ethical responsibility.

• Nominated candidates receive no preferential treatment in the selection process. A nomination is not required to apply, and all applications are evaluated on their own merit.

• Multiple nominations for the same individual do not increase the likelihood of selection.
