The Foundation’s arts and culture initiatives are built on the enduring legacy of Her Majesty Shahbanou Farah Pahlavi, her commitment to the arts, her spirit of empathy and her belief in the power of positive thinking; values that helped position culture as a bridge between peoples.

Guided by this vision, the Foundation is developing a focused programme of exhibitions, performances, panel discussions, publications and cross-cultural collaborations aimed at elevating artistic expression while strengthening international understanding. These initiatives are not only to celebrate creativity and preserve cultural heritage, but also to foster “dialogue among civilisations”, an enduring principle championed by Her Majesty.

Through strategic partnerships with leading cultural and academic institutions, the Foundation seeks to amplify reach, enhance impact, and ensure the long-term sustainability of its programmes. Each initiative will be conceived with both live and digital audiences in mind, creating a lasting body of content that should go well beyond individual events.

It is our hope that, through connecting artists, institutions, and global audiences, the Foundation will foster meaningful cultural exchange and contribute to a more interconnected and empathetic world, in keeping with the vision of our founder, The Shahbanou.
